Faster Medicine Ball AMRAP Workout

Workout equipment:

Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown timer

Repeat as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

10 Wall balls
10 Medicine ball slams
5 Candlestick jump ups / leg
5 Burpee tuck jumps
10 Medicine ball twists

Bonus: 20 Rotational wall slams / side
