2. Traveling reptile push ups
3. Long jump squat combo
4. Walking lunges
5. Mountain climbers
6. Split leg v ups

    Results (in order of excercises given):
    39,44,39
    8,9,10
    11,9,6
    20,21,20
    83,64,77
    24,26,30

    • You work as hard as you can for 30 seconds, then rest for 10, and then do the next exercise for 30 seconds, and so on. 10 seconds after each exercise are your only breaks.
