  1. Oops! I did this completely wrong. I’m still on 10 sec rest 30 second work for around 12 minutes..then I had a couple extra beeps going off after I finished. Next time I’ll follow directions. lol!

    dive bomber push ups 6, 5, 4.5
    tuck jumps 19, 15, 15
    v ups 10, 10, 8
