Ferocious Friday AMRAP Challenge Workout


Workout equipment:

Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown timer

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

30 Double unders (or 60 single unders)
10 Triceps push ups
20 Air squats
5 Handstand push ups
10 Plank jumps (front to back)

  1. 30 days post massive staph infection in left elbow bursae and the consequent surgery. Feels GREAT to get back in action. Only 4 rounds plus 45 single JR jumps. Elbow is screaming, but that’s ok, I will take it!
