Fierce Medicine Ball AMRAP Workout


Workout equipment:

Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown timer

Repeat as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

50 Double unders OR 100 Single unders
15 Wall balls
10 Burpee lateral jumps
20 Jump lunges
15 Medicine jackknives

Bonus: 50 Medicine ball twists + 50 Medicine ball toe touches

  1. Question on this workout… To do 10 lateral burpees, do you count each burpee as one, or does a lateral burpee consist of two burpees with a jump in between? Same question on jump lunges–is one leg one jump lunge or do you have to do each leg before you count one? Thank you!
