Question on this workout… To do 10 lateral burpees, do you count each burpee as one, or does a lateral burpee consist of two burpees with a jump in between? Same question on jump lunges–is one leg one jump lunge or do you have to do each leg before you count one? Thank you!
Hi Jennifer! One burpee counts as one rep and one jump lunge (one leg) counts as one rep as well.
