Workout type: 12 Minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Sandbag clean & presses
2. Squat step ups
3. Sandbag burpees
4. Sandbag squats
5. Plank pike jumps
6. Punching sit ups

Bonus: 30 Superman raises + 15 Handstand push ups

  1. Hey there! Love your app and workouts! I have a question: am I supposed to do 18 reps of all (each) exercises for the first round, and then 10 reps of each for second round and then 18 reps of each for third round? When I see that you did 9,8,8,14,13,13,etc, I’m confused. Thanks for your help!
