Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

15 Squat jumps
15 Push ups
10 Reverse push ups
10 Push Up to Backwards Lunges / side
20 Plank hip dips
10 L-sit Tucks

Bonus: 25 Dips + 1 L-sits hold
