Workout equipment:

Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown timer

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

8 Burpee box jumps
40 Double unders OR 80 Single unders
6 Push up pike combo
4 Candlestick Pistol Jumps / leg
75 High knees w/ jump rope
15 Plank hip dips
10 V ups

Bonus: 30 Candlestick hip bridges / leg
