3. Tuck jumps

    Tuck jumps: 80, 75, 70
    Sit ups: 20,20,20

    Can I ask, when are you supposed to do the bonus? is that after you finish the regular reps? For example, in this one , are you doing 3 x 10 Bridges, or just 1 set at the end?
