Full Body Kettlebell AMRAP Workout

Timer setting: Countdown

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

20 Kettlebell swings
10 Step ups (optional: holding kettlebell)
5 Seven Push Up Walks
10 Kettlebell front squats
10 V ups

Bonus: 50 Plank hip dips + 50 Superman raises
