Full Body Kettlebell Bar Workout

Complete 3 rounds, resting as little as possible in between reps and sets:

15 Kettlebell swings
5 Pull ups
10 Kettlebell front squats
10 Push ups
20 Jump lunges
10 Twisting hanging leg raises

Bonus: 5 Turkish get ups / side
