Gasping for Air AMRAP Challenge Workout

 

Workout equipment:

Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown

Do as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

100 High knees
10 Diamond push ups
50 Tuck jumps
10 Side lunges
10 Burpees
10 Sit ups

Bonus: 5-10 Bridges (after AMRAP workout)

  1. Oh my gosh. First time doing AMRAP, currently trying to get in shape for possibly the first time in my life. Was just short of 2 rounds, finished it in an extra 1:45 seconds.

  2. Gasping for air for sure. Finished all but 3 rounds of sit-ups in the 12 mins, so continued for a full 3 rounds in 12:24. So many of these workouts leave me feeling, like, man, still so out of shape.

  3. 4 Rounds plus 10 Bridges! Definitely didn’t think I could pump out the last round, but mind over matter!

  4. Ahhh!!! Finished 2 complete round then got through high knees, diamond push ups, and half way through the tuck jumps in the 12 minutes. Definitely dying a little!
