1. Sandbag squats
2. Sandbag burpees
3. Side lunges
4. High knees
5. Sandbag clean & presses
6. Medicine ball toe touches

Bonus: 50 Medicine jackknives + 50 Rocking plank

  1. 3 questions. To be clear, when you say medicine ball, do you mean slam ball or like the rogue medicine balls? and how heavy should I go? I used to use 16 -20lbs medicine ball and a 10lbs slam ball.

    Third question is, is there a sand bag you recommend?
