Get it Done Challenge Workout


Workout equipment:

Workout type: Challenge

Timer setting: Stopwatch

Complete 21, 15, 9 reps of the following:

Box jumps
Triceps dips
Leg raises

Bonus: 10 pistols / leg + 30 v ups

Note: Since today’s workout shouldn’t take you very long to complete, it’s a good time to practice some of the other skills you may have been wanting to work on like pistols, pull upshandstand push ups and handstands!
