Hi Krista,
I love your workouts, and I have been following your website and recommending it to others for the past year or two. I am now pregnant, and at 28 weeks I’m having a hard time doing a lot of your workouts. I am an avid runner and CrossFitter, and I supplement with your workouts on days when I can’t run or get to the gym. There isn’t much great information out there regarding working out during pregnancy, and even fewer suggestions for HIIT workouts. You have a lot of women following you, and I think it would be great if you could include some pregnancy-friendly workouts, or some suggestions for how to modify existing workouts (particularly ab exercises, handstands, etc.).
