Hi can we do the jump rope with no equipment i mean a jump rope without a rope ? and how ? Thanks.
If you don’t have a jump rope, you can just jump in place or do jumping jacks! But jump ropes are pretty affordable, you can find one on Amazon for less than $10.
Indeed i cant jump with rope fast and i’ll take a lot of time to do it correctly. For jumping jacks are they effective ?
