woke up late this morning so I skipped the warm up.. big mistake I was so tight and exhausted I barely made it through. B) 12,14,14 D)8,8,8 J) 20,23,23 E) 20,24,23 K) 16,16,16 p) 8,10,10

I’ve been doing the exercises round robin style: as in one rep of box jumps, one of dive bomber, etc. But it occurred to me that one might do 3 reps of box jumps before doing your first dive bomber. How do you order your exercises, any thoughts on mixing it up?
