Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown timer

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

5 Punching burpees
50 High knees w/ jump rope
50 Straight punches
50 Double unders OR Single unders
50 Hook punches
10 Boxer push ups
10 Punching sit ups

Bonus: 50 Hip Thrusts
