Workout equipment: Jump rope

Workout type: 12 Minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. High knees w/ jump rope
2. Squat jump in/outs
3. Single leg jump ups
4. Burpee lateral jumps
5. Double unders (or Single unders )
6. Boxer push ups

Bonus: 20 Hip Thrusts + 20 V ups
