Complete 3 rounds, resting as little as possible in between sets and reps.

20 Kettlebell swings
10 Shoulder touch push ups
15 Kettlebell front squats
10 Single leg deadlifts / side
10 T plank twists / side

Bonus: 5 Turkish get ups / side
