1. Kettlebell swings
2. Pull ups
3. Kettlebell high pull
4. Walking lunges
5. Pike jumps
6. Hanging knee raises

Bonus: 30 V ups

    And…yes…I did the bonus 30 V-ups!

    Push ups- 16/17/17
    Kettlebell high pull- 14/15/15
    Lunges-16/18/18
    Pike jumps- 34/34/34 (these absolutely do me in!!)
    Leg raises- 14/14/14

    Followed by day 29 of the 30 day squat challenge…that’s 240 air squats!! Ouch! Last day tomorrow!
