Workout type: AMRAP

Workout time: 10 minutes

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes:

10 Air squats
10 Push ups
10 Burpees
10 Sit ups

  1. Hey! I just recently found your site and this was the first of your workouts that I’ve tried. I got through almost 6 rounds…the timer went off after 3 situps. Love it!

  2. Gave it a go, just 4 rounds + 10 x Air Squats, but I will revisit this one soon – I definitely had much left in the tank after 10 mins! Great bodyweight workout.

  4. First time, did 4 sets, plus 10 squats, 10 push-ups and 7 burpees. Do you suggest a quick warm-up first, or just have at it? Thanks!

  5. 4 rounds 10 air squats 5 push ups…not bad being I have been sick in bed for the past 4 days and heavy duty antibiotics…not 100% yet but it was nice to get some
    type of workout down…Yay!

  6. Great site! Just recovering from a dislocated shoulder and separated AC joint – had some trouble with the pushups but switched them up with dips every other interval. Did 5 full with 10 squats. It’s a long road back but will get there! 🙂 Thanks for your great work! Where are you located?
