Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. High knees w/ jump rope
2. Sandbag squats
3. High knees w/ jump rope
4. T push ups
5. Snowboarder jumps
6. Sit ups

  1. First day using this site, loved it! Used 8 lbs weights for t push ups.. Roughly 85,13,85,8,22,10 for 3 rounds im drenched 🙂
