Timer setting: Countdown timer

Repeat as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

25 Box jumps
15 Sandbag squats
10 Ball transfer push ups
14 Step ups w/ sandbag
5 Sandbag burpees
15 Medicine ball jackknives

Bonus: 75 Medicine ball twists
