Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

40 Double unders
30 Air squats
20 Kettlebell swings
15 Kettlebell front squats
20 Jump lunges
10 V ups

  1. Pathetic time! 2 rounds plus 15 front squats . Time was majorly compromised by my complete inability to use my new jump rope and doing 120 single unders probably takes me 5million minutes alone,but I can happily report that I now know what the problem is….now just need to fix it.

  2. When doing jump lunges do we count each lunge as “1”, or left side then right side as “1”. Does that make sense?
