Pathetic time! 2 rounds plus 15 front squats . Time was majorly compromised by my complete inability to use my new jump rope and doing 120 single unders probably takes me 5million minutes alone,but I can happily report that I now know what the problem is….now just need to fix it.
can u please tell me how to pay for the fitter faster stronger program? i dont have a credit card. ,can i pay with a debit card?
When doing jump lunges do we count each lunge as “1”, or left side then right side as “1”. Does that make sense?
