Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

30 Double unders
20 Air squats
15 Elevated push ups
10 Burpees
15 Sit ups

  1. A day behind you on workouts…lol. Did four sets, but could only do 10 elevated pushups each set before I was totally out of steam! Need to work on that! Fun, though. Thanks!
