Plus 10 ab rollouts. Found it very awkward with med ball so I did them standing with gymnastic rings set at waist level

My 2nd 12MA workout. Started with 30 second rests for 1st round. Had to stretch out to about 1 min for 2nd round. 10 second rests are still a long way off I think. What a leg killer this was Krista!!! My legs gave out after the 3rd rep of squat thrusts on 3rd round. Lots of room for improvement. I WILL get fitter.

Question! I don’t know if you answer here, but are these the only style of training you do? Or do you also do traditional weight training?
