Burpees: 9, 9, 9
Walking lunges (holding 15 lb dumbbells): 19, 18, 18
High knees: 114, 110, 111
Knees to elbows: 12, 12, 15

  1. I do not know if it’s just me or if everybody else experiencing issues
    with your site. It appears like some of the written
    text in your content are running off the screen.

    Can someone else please comment and let me know if this is happening to them
