Workout equipment:

Workout type: 12 minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Wall balls
2. Bulgarian split squats (L)
3. Bulgarian split squats (R)
4. High knees
5. Elevated push ups
6. Medicine ball twists

Bonus: 2 minutes Handstand hold

  3. i jog for 45 min continuously everyday.can i stop this?instead what can i do for aerobic fitness?
    also i do 100(situps,pushups,crunches and reverse crunches) 4 days per week.can i stop this also and focus on your workouts?please answer.
