Yes, you can certainly do these workouts. Eat well and work out hard and you may be able to get a six pack in the next month or two. HIIT workouts like these will help!
also i am fully dedicated and will do whatever you say. i want to be very fit.if possible please also tell me how to get arms
Pull ups, dips, and push ups are all good places to start! If those are too easy, just do the next advanced option… i.e. one arm push ups, one arm pull ups, plyo dips, etc.

i jog for 45 min continuously everyday.can i stop this?instead what can i do for aerobic fitness?
also i do 100(situps,pushups,crunches and reverse crunches) 4 days per week.can i stop this also and focus on your workouts?please answer.
