New Year's HIIT Challenge Workout #3


Workout equipment:

Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown timer

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

20 180° switch jumps
10 Diamond push ups
100 High knees w/ jump rope
5 Pistols / side (the hardest version you can do!)
16 Split leg v ups

  1. Yay day 3 complete! Thank you for doing an almost no equipment workout (I had to pretend with the jumprope). I’ve had to substitute other body weight only moves on day 1 and 2, so didn’t feel that I could really comment on those.

    I only got through 4 reps today, but my heart is pumping and my muscles are feeling it. That’s a win for me!
