Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. High knees w/ jump rope
2. Walking lunges
3. Double unders OR Single unders
4. Push up up/downs
5. Criss-cross hands w/ jump rope
6. Lying windshield wipers

Bonus: 20 Handstand push ups + 30 Superman raises
