Post-Turkey Day AMRAP Workout

Workout equipment:

Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

5 Burpee pull ups
10 180° switch jumps
5 Handstand push ups OR Pike push ups
50 Mountain climbers
5 Hanging leg raises

Bonus: 2-3x 30 seconds of Superman holds (after workout)
