Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Wall balls
2. Burpee medicine ball slams
3. Rotational wall slams / side 13, 12, 12
4. Burpee lateral jumps
5. Pike jumps
6. Sit up wall throws

Bonus: 50 Medicine ball twists + 50 Medicine jackknives
