Timer setting: Countdown timer

Do as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

5 Burpee tuck jumps
5 Pull ups
10 Squat jumps
5 Triceps dips
5 Diamond push ups
5 Knees to elbows

  1. I really like this one. Not too much plyo, and a good variety.
    I did a little over 6, but had to modify the pull-ups due to lack of equipment.
    Looking forward to more of these.
