Hi Krista,
I have done Quads on Fire together with my wife. We only changed the jumping lunges to kumping Squats (I have some knee probs and could not do lunges)
I use a 16 kg KB, my wife a 12 Kg KB
Here our reps, left one from my wife, right one from myself:
