Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Burpees
2. Kettlebell front squats
3. Jump lunges
4. Reptile push ups
5. Kettlebell swings
6. Sit ups

Burpees: 9, 9, 8
Kettlebell front squats: 16, 15, 16
Jump lunges: 22, 20, 20
Reptile push ups: 15, 14, 15
Kettlebell swings (using a 16kg kettlebell): 14, 15, 14
Sit ups (using an ab mat): 17, 16,15

  1. Hi Krista,

    I have done Quads on Fire together with my wife. We only changed the jumping lunges to kumping Squats (I have some knee probs and could not do lunges)

    I use a 16 kg KB, my wife a 12 Kg KB

    Here our reps, left one from my wife, right one from myself:

    :

    Burpees: 8/7/7 — 11/10/10
    Kettlebell front squats: 14/15/14 — 15/14/16
    Jump Squats: 16/17/16 — 19/19/20
    Reptile push ups: 11/12/11 — 13/12/11
    Kettlebell swings : 18, 18, 19 — 16/18/18
    Sit ups : 12/13/12 — 14/15/14
