50 Tuck jumps
10 Pull ups
15 Burpees
20 Side lunges
10 Knees to elbows

Bonus: 10 Pistols / leg

  1. Wow! Seriously sweaty!
    My time: 17:10, doing 10 pistols with each round (i did not mean to do this each round, but because I accidentally included pistols in my first round, i felt obligated to do so for each consecutive one!)

  2. Definitely a sweaty workout challenge! I did mine in 16:11. The burpees were killer…those are always my weakness! I guess I know where I need to focus on practicing. Maybe I should do the First Friday Burpee challenge on the regular 😉
