Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown timer

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

25 Double unders OR 100 Single unders
5 Push up pike combo
20 Side lunges
50 High knees w/ jump rope
20 Plank hip dips

Bonus: 50 Squat jumps
