1. Squat jumps
2. Push ups
3. Burpees
4. Air squats
5. High knees
6. V ups

  1. Just starting to do these workouts again after a long while, and I’m definitely out of shape, but it felt great!
    squat jumps: 21, 20, 19

    push ups – 17, 14, 12

    burpees – 7, 7, 7

    air squats – 16, 16, 16

    high knees – i always lose count!

    V-ups – 10, 9, 9

  2. Wait, I’m doing Wednesday’s workout on Friday. Wait, so what?
    Squat jump: 15,20,11
    Push up:20,11,15
    Air squat:18,14,16
    Burpee:6,7,9 – yes NINE on the final round, yay for me!
    High knee:81,69,83
    V up:11,11,9

    push ups 15, 16, 15, 16 ouch
    burpees 7 8 8 8
    air squats 20 20 20 19
    hi knees; can’t count those, I agree with above
