Super Summer HIIT Workout

 

Workout equipment:

Workout type: 12 minute

Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Box jumps
2. Pike push ups
3. Sandbag burpees
4. Sandbag squats
5. Burpees
6. Sit ups

Bonus: 10 Pistols / leg

Remember, you can always just use a duffle bag or a backpack with some heavy stuff in it instead of a sandbag!
