Sweat Buckets 255 Rep Challenge Workout


Workout equipment:

Workout type: Challenge

Timer setting: Stopwatch

Repeat 3x:

10 Burpees
10 Dips
10 Burpees
20 Air squats
10 Burpees
5 Handstand push ups
10 Burpees
10 V ups

Note: This is a pretty tough workout, so if it’s too intimidating to you please feel free to reduce the number of rounds!

  1. Oh wow! I needed something like this to kick me in the butt after all that Christmas candy.
    I alt’d the second round of burpees with star jumps and the third round with diamond jumps because I get bored easily. It took me 10:52, but I still sweat a cup at least.

  2. 11:51, with table dips (still waiting for Santa to bring a dip bar :)) and pike push ups (no wall space for HSPU’s). Thanks for a great workout!
