I’m in! I will post my time later. I’m kind of sore from yesterday’s workout, so first, the hot tub!

Oh wow! I needed something like this to kick me in the butt after all that Christmas candy.
I alt’d the second round of burpees with star jumps and the third round with diamond jumps because I get bored easily. It took me 10:52, but I still sweat a cup at least.
Balls! This was hard! 18:06. I definitely need to work on dips and handstand pushups. This was a good reminder!

11:51, with table dips (still waiting for Santa to bring a dip bar :)) and pike push ups (no wall space for HSPU’s). Thanks for a great workout!
