Thanksgiving Challenge Workout

Happy Thanksgiving!

I don’t normally post workouts on Thursday, but I decided to make an exception today because, well, most of us need to burn off a few extra calories before dinner time tonight.

So get this workout done early, then go relax, eat good food, and hang out with the people you love most.

And don’t forget to give thanks!

Complete 5 rounds of the following as fast as possible:

100 High knees w/ jump rope
10 Reptile push ups
10 Air squats
10 Burpees
10 V ups
