Happy Thanksgiving, athletes!
I know as well as anyone that it can be really tough to work out around the holidays, especially if you’re traveling and away from your usual routine.
And while it’s always good to take a few days off of training here and there, I’m a huge believer of getting in some sort of workout or activity before having a big holiday meal. Not only will it get your metabolism revved up for the day and help to negate those calories you’re bound to consume later, it just feels good! And if you can convince one or more of your family members to do it with you, even better.
This workout is one you can do indoors in a small space with zero equipment, so it’s doable even if it’s pouring rain or snowing outside (as is usually the case on thanksgiving). I’d recommend getting it over with early in the day so you can enjoy all the food, family, and football (if that’s your thing) later on.

8 Diamond push ups
16 Jump lunges
8 Burpee tuck jumps
16 Split leg v ups
