Fired Up Thanksgiving Challenge Workout

Most of you based in the U.S. are getting ready to celebrate Thanksgiving with your family or friends, and we hope you’re looking forward to all the holiday staples and homemade treats.

And while we would never recommend you actually diet on Thanksgiving Day (you’re not going to ruin all your fitness goals in one day!), we always encourage a little movement, especially before a big meal.

So that’s why we wanted to give you guys a workout that you can do in the morning while the turkey is cooking and before all the chaos begins. You won’t need much space or equipment to get it done, so you can bust it out whether you’re in your parents’ garage, living room, even walk in closet 😃

So grab a medicine ball, some dumbbells, or even a heavy book, and get through the workout as fast as you can before the fun starts. Better yet, get your family and friends to do it with you!

(If you’re outside of the U.S. you can still do the workout!)

Complete three rounds as fast as possible:

20 Squat thrusts
10 Burpee tuck jumps
10 Bulgarian split squats / leg
10 Seven Push Up Walks
20 Jump lunges
15 Medicine jackknives
10 Side plank crunches / side

  1. 18:54; I’ve been in a training break the last couple of days because of an injury, and it felt SO GOOD to jump back in with this terrific workout. Happy Thanksgiving!

  2. Wicked GOOD workout!!! My 10-year-old daughter tried to keep up! She couldn’t do it. I completed the workout in 13 minutes 13 seconds.
