Timer setting: Countdown timer
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:
30 Double unders (substitute 60 single unders for double unders if needed)
10 Pull ups
20 Jump lunges
15 Push ups
10 Leg raises
Bonus: 20 pistols per leg (after AMRAP workout)

4 plus 10 reverse push ups. Still no double unders….
You’ll get there! It took me a really long time and constant practice before I could do them at all.
