Timer setting: 18 x :10 x :30

1. Sandbag burpees
2. Pistols
3. Tuck jumps
4. Pull ups
5. Plank jumps
6. Knees to elbows

Sandbag burpees: 6, 6, 6
Pistols (using band): 14, 13, 12
Tuck jumps: 53, 50, 48
Pull ups (using band): 10, 10, 9
Plank jumps: 30, 29, 31
Knees to elbows: 10, 10, 9

    Average: 6,8,54,5,25,11
    Am working on going into a lower squat with the pistols,so I was more concerned with form than speed. Also,chin ups instead of pullups. 2 x 15lbs weights instead of sandbag. Tough one !
