Do as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

40 Double unders (or 80 single unders)
10 Triceps dips
50 Mountain climbers
20 Snowboarder jumps
10 Candlestick leg lifts

  1. 4 rounds plus unders, dips & mountain climbers. Did the single unders. Filmed my workout & definitely need to work on getting straighter in the candlestick rolls!
