10 Side lunges
50 Mountain climbers
10 V ups

Bonus: 10 Chin ups + 40 Medicine ball twists (after workout)

  1. Done…9:22 including the extras…that can’t be right? I must have not been doing something right. Regardless, it sure got my hart rte up & I’m certainly “glowing” now!!

  2. done, yesterday, 22 Dec 15 in 13:05 which included the Bonus moves. This was after running 5.1 miles in 39:17 (7:40 pace). Since it wasn’t stated, Side Lunges and Mountain Climbers were done with a 2-count, i.e. side lunges were 10 on each side and Mt Climbers were counted as the right foot came forward.
