12-Minute Plyo Power HIIT Workout (+ Video!)

Today we’ve got another workout for you guys using nothing but a plyo box or bench.

You can do this workout outside, at home, or in a gym. It’s only 12 minutes long, but the combination of plyometrics and strength exercises means you’ll get in a super effective workout in a short amount of time—so you can get on with the rest of your day and doing all the things you love.

Work as hard as you can, and remember to fuel up afterwards!

Workout Instructions

Here’s what you’re going to do: set an interval timer for 18 rounds of :10 and :30 intervals. Rest on the :10 intervals, then work as hard as you possibly can on the :30 intervals.

You will go through the following exercises three times:

1. Box jumps
2. Pike push ups
3. Burpee box jumps
4. Squat step ups
5. Elevated push ups
6. Candlestick leg lifts
