Plyo Power 12-Minute AMRAP Workout

Workout type: AMRAP

Timer setting: Countdown timer

Repeat as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

10 Jump lunge squat combo
15 Elevated push ups
100 High knees
10 Burpee step overs
30 Side lunges
10 V ups

Bonus: 3 minute Handstand holds
