Set your interval timer, then go through the following circuit until the timer beeps (no rest!):
:10: Mountain climbers
:20: Tuck jumps
:10: Mountain climbers
:20: Snowboarder jumps

Question, I fell off the fitness and nutrition bandwagon recently and it’s been an act of who knows what to jump back on.
I am looking to kick start my nutrition and wasn’t sure how you felt about general “cleanses” I am thinking more in terms of a clean sweep. Fitness has always been something I have enjoyed doing until recently for some reason.
Essentially, I am curious to know how you feel about brief cleanses. I feel like I need to do something to jump start my desire to be the fit self I have known to love in the past.
